+ HOW IS YOUR 3D WALK THROUGH TOURS AND A 360 VIRTUAL TOURS DIFFERENT FROM A TRADITIONAL VIRTUAL TOUR?
In the past a virtual tour was simply just a gallery of static photos often accompanied by background muzak and it serves s a highlight reel.
Our virtual tours allow the viewer to explore the space as they choose and with interactive Hotspots, they can learn a great deal more about your space.
+ HOW IS A 3D VIRTUAL TOUR DIFFERENT FROM A 360 VIRTUAL TOUR?
We offer both. A 3D virtual tour is a series of scans that have been rendered to allow you to seamlessly walkthrough a space as if you were there. A 360 virtaul tour is a collection of 360 images that allow you to jumpt from one image (locatin) to another.
+ HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SCAN A SPACE?
It takes approximately 45 minutes to scan 1,000 square feet.
+ HOW LARGE OF A SPACE CAN BE SCANNED?
We routinely scan spaces up to 15,000 sq. ft. and as large as 100,000 sq. ft. Size is nearly unlimited depending on the layout.
+ CAN YOU PHOTOSHOP ITEMS WITHIN THE VIRTUAL TOUR?
Not in the 3D Virtual Tour as they are created with a scanner with no editing available/possible. The 3D Tour does create an .obj file that can be downloaded and provided to be used within CAD software.
Our 360 Virtaul Tours are created with a high resolution camera that does allow editing. Call for details.

+ HOW DO I PAY?
Cash, Check, Pay Pal, Square Cash or Venmo. All major debit/credit cards will be accepted. A down payment must be received prior for services to be rendered. 3% fee is charged when using a credit card.
+ WHEN WILL SERVICES BE DELIVERED?
- Depenind on size and scope, smaller projects can be delivered within 48 hours after completion of the shoot.
+ WHAT AREAS DO YOU COVER?
We offer nationwide coverage and often do work outside the US through our partners, call or email afor details.
+ HOW LONG IS MY VIRTUAL TOUR HOSTED ONLINE?
Our agreements are flexiable - please contact us for a quote.
+ IS THERE A HOSTING/LICENSING FEE?
A hosting/licensing fee is charged to keep the tour active. You are free to cancel at any time. Contact us for details.

Embedding a model is very straightforward; it’s similar to embedding a YouTube video. Please contact your website administrator for assistance as Ova-Nee Productions does not provide assistance for this, we only provide the embed code.
+ CAN I IMPORT A 3D VIRTUAL TOUR INTO CAD SOFTWARE?
We can provide an industry-standard OBJ file, which will ontain both the 3D mesh and textures. * 3D version only - not 360 version
